3。壹個提醒:千萬不要主動提及薪酬待遇,這是個敏感話題,通常應由招聘方主動提出,如果對方硬是不提及,那會產生兩種可能性:1
招聘方感覺妳不適合他們公司;2
招聘方感覺可以接受妳的薪資要求。但這是兩個大相徑庭的可能性。所以,如果妳確實想知道對方就這個問題的真實想法,那可以詢問:Have
