壹般職員的月薪在2500至6000元，主管、主任、督導的月薪為4000至1萬元，經理的月薪為5500至1.5萬元，總監的月薪為8000至2.5萬元。日前，北京西三角人事技術研究所對北京的30多家外企作了最新薪酬調查。
調查的職位限於52個通用性職位，如市嘗銷售、財務、人事、行政、商購、電腦、系統、制造、質量、秘書、翻譯等，同時還收集了有關福利政策，如住房、保險、醫療、各種津貼、出差待遇等內容。
根據西三角調查顯示：在外企雇員平均年薪上，高科技企業為62653元；工業制造企業為28654元，快速消費品企業為24013元，其中各類企業雇員薪酬占銷售收入比例為6.92％。
在調薪制度上，83％的企業每年調薪壹次，10％的企業每年調兩次；在薪資增幅上，1997年到1998年度增幅為11.4％左右，1998年到1999年度增幅則下調為5.8％左右，1999年到2000年薪資增幅在7.3％左右，預計2000年到2001年度增幅能達到10％，其中高科技企業薪資增幅已連續多年排列第壹。
根據西三角的調查顯示，在參與調查的企業中82％的企業建立了中方賬戶，分別按員工工資的61％或59％或49％建立，服務項目分別為：勞保福利、養老保險、醫療保險、教育費、住房公積金、工會費。另外，68％的企業為員工建立住房基金，38％的企業有健康保險，55％的企業有雇員娛樂，69％的企業有女職工生育費，56％的企業有交通補貼，32％的企業有食品補貼。
在解決員工住房方面：82％的企業建立了住房公積金，其它解決員工住房途徑依次為：企業把住房貨幣化，在工資中包含；企業自建或購買商品房，按房管部門的成本價售給員工，員工享有部分產權；企業按期發放壹定數額的住房補貼，不解決住房；企業自建或購買商品房產權屬於企業，無償或低租分配給員工居住，離開公司時要求退還。

在員工享受公司的住房待遇是否與公司有承諾的問題上，17％的企業與員工無承諾；83％的企業與員工有以下兩種形式的承諾：壹是員工與公司簽訂住房合同，房產證由企業保存，若員工離職，應交回住房；二是若員工不能履行有關協議（承諾），收回（退還）住房。
在培訓費的投入上，75％的外企每年的培訓費占銷售收入的比例在1％－5％。其中內訓預算每人每年平均為1930元，內訓時間為每年8.85天，外訓預算為每年1650元，外訓時間為每年5.2天。該調查報告中顯示，培訓費較上壹個財政年度穩中有升，高科技企業在人均培訓費和時間付出上均排第壹，從中可看出各企業越來越重視培訓。
在獎金方面，壹般公司都實行年底雙薪。70％以上的公司發放銷售獎，其中32％的公司銷售獎每年發放壹次，9％的企業每年發放兩次，50％的企業每月發放壹次。
在福利待遇方面，除政府規定的喪假、產假、婚假、病假、探親假以及陪產假外，各公司基本上都還自己規定有壹些假期，如年假、輪班、培訓，而且大多公司都有帶薪休假的政策。在各類津貼中，壹般公司還提供工作午餐補助，有些公司在節日期間還發放節日費。在留任優秀員工的措施方面，幾乎所有公司都提供海外培訓，其它方式還有晉升、提薪、特殊培訓、解決住房、提供旅遊等措施。

Job Description (Presales FAE)
To provide technical supporting work for O2Micro network security products family such as Firewall, SSL-VPN and others, to reach the sales target with the sales team.
1. Build good relationship with customer technical department.
2. Prepare presentations, technical documents to support the customers to get the design-win.
3. Act as a technical consultant to provide support and technical proposal to customer.
4. Provide technical training to customer based on O2’s product.
5. Provide product support to regional marketing, sales and sales engineering teams for business growing.
6. Conduct product in-depth training and update to the channel partners' FAEs
7. Report and provide product failures and recommendations to the development and production teams.
8. Collect competitors’ information and industry information.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in engineering, computer, communication, auto-control or related background.
2. Familiar with network application industry, especially network security product field.
3. Familiar with preparation on technical presentation, proposal and answer to bidding document.
4. In-depth L1-L3 product knowledge, strong understanding of TCP/IP, Routing protocols, L2/L3 switches and in depth knowledge of IPSec.
5. Good understanding on network security, including Firewall, VPN, DoS, IDS/IPS etc
6. Excellent sales skills in communication, presentation and teamwork.
7. Fluent in English or Japanese or Korean as 2nd language for both verbal and writing is a must
8. Travel required.
9. At least 3-5 years experience in related industry.
